The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 7of the Essential Commodities Act. The petitioner is alleged that he did not distribute kerosene oil. The petitioner is in jail since 01.04.2015. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about five months.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Nayagaon (Samho) P.S.
