The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 162 of 2021 dated 14.04.2021 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a), 30(d), 41 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

45 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from near a kiln. The petitioner and others were found present at the place of raid and therefore it was presumed that the liquor belongs to them.

The petitioners are in custody since 30.06.2021. Regard being had to the nature of offence and the

No.59207 of 2021(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 period of custody of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Gaya in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 162 of 2021.
