Cr. Misc. No. 29454/2015 has been filed making prayer for grant of provisional bail which was allowed vide order dated 07.07.2015 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Kishore Kumar Mandal which was for five days. It is further evident that petitioner had filed Cr.Misc. No. 40829/2015 and the same has also been allowed vide order dated 09.12.2015 by the bench of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Kishore Kumar Mandal.
