The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "That instant writ application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 09.04.2024 passed by Respondent No.4 whereby and whereunder an illegal and misleading order has been passed and complaint/ representation of the petitioner with regard to the mass

Patna High Court CWJC No.10932 of 2024(2) dt.25-07-2024 2/2 irregularity and misappropriation of Government funds towards Nal Jal Scheme has been rejected and further it is prayed that an enquiry by Vigilance may be directed to be constituted against all erring officials and ward member and/or for any other order/orders may be passed in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice that he represent the District Magistrate, Gopalganj (respondent no. 2) with the said prayer.
