Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is an aged person and has falsely been implicated in this case due to prior enmity.

It appears that during investigation, sufficient material has come in the case diary to show complicity of the instant petitioner. The allegation of assault causing the death to the victim is corroborated by the injury report. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, I am not
