The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 1703 of 2020 arising out of Bikram P.S. Case No. 68 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the name of the petitioner has been dragged in the first information report only for the reason of being the owner of the Truck. The driver who was arrested on spot has not said anything regarding the involvement of the petitioner in the present case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
