In the present case only limited prayer has been made by the petitioner that against the cancellation of the licence the petitioner has filed an appeal before the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura which is pending.

In such view of the matter, the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura is directed to examine the case of the petitioner and he will decide the same by a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
