This is an application for quashing of the order dated 19.11.2019 passed by learned Special Court of Rice Miller, Gaya in Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2015, Trial No. 137 of 2019, by which, the bail bond of the petitioner has been cancelled and non-bailable warrant has been issued against him. For the reasons mentioned in the petition, this application is allowed and the impugned order dated 19.11.2019 passed by learned Special Court of Rice Miller, Gaya in Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2015, Trial No. 137 of 2019 is hereby quashed as the petitioner undertakes to appear regularly either himself or through his counsel in the Court below and participate in the disposal of the case.

The petitioner will appear along with a copy of this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48850 of 2022(2) dt.08-08-2023 2/2 order, and thereafter, he shall be released on bail after furnishing fresh bail bond and he will cooperate in the disposal of the case. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
