JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-09-2022 Mr. Girish Chandra Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ application police has completed the investigation and a final form has been submitted in favour of the accused persons.

The petitioner is said to be aggrieved with the submission of the final form.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that the petitioner has got remedy to file a protest petition in the court below and may also seek further

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1146 of 2021(2) dt.27-09-2022 2/2 investigation in terms of Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. He seeks permission to withdraw this application to seek his remedy in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.

This application is, thus, permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy as may be advised to him in accordance with law.
