A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite parties No.3 and 4 and it has been informed that the Block Development Officer, Mashrak (Saran) has sanctioned the retiral benefits of the petitioner to the tune of Rs.1,24,181/- and copy of the same has also been sent to the District Treasury Officer,

Patna High Court MJC No.2005 of 2023(3) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 Saran and District Agriculture Officer, Saran and thereafter, the same was transferred in the bank account of the petitioner.

3. Considering the aforesaid information, the present contempt petition is disposed of.
