Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-47 of Bihar Excise Act.

It is alleged that 8 liters country-made Mahua liquor were recovered from house of the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is in jail custody since 08-04-2016. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
