The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 3.4.2013 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No. 17 of 2012.

In view of the order passed in Cr. Misc. 52164 of 2014, further Proceedings as against the Petitioners in Mehandia P.S. Case No. 17 of 2012 including the order dated 3.4.2013 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, so far as the Petitioners are concerned, is hereby, set aside.

The application stands allowed.
