The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 395/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Two persons, namely, Santosh Dom and Raja Babu Paswan were apprehended on chase and from their possession looted ornaments were recovered. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of apprehended persons. The petitioner is in jail since 16.04.2015 but he has not been put on T. I. parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
