The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30 B.M.N.C.R. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of Annexures, it appears that petitioner has already applied for N.O.C. and also registered under the Bihar Value Added Tax Act. Petitioner has valid documents with regard to brick kilns and sales tax has also been paid by him. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 50278 of 2017.
