1. The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Lallu Prasad, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Kanhaiya Kishore, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 304B/201 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the FIR it will appear that there is no allegation of making any demand of dowry against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 17.8.2017.

Petitioner being husband has the prime responsibility of the victim. It is alleged in the FIR that she was done to death for demand of dowry and her dead body has also been concealed. Considering the gravity of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
