Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 14.08.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50539 of 2019, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order. Having regard to the averments made in the application and the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 14.08.2019,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10333 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50539 of 2019, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

This application is allowed with the modification as above.
