2. This writ application has been filed for the following relief/s:- "i) Issuance of a direction, order or writ, including the writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding/

Patna High Court CWJC No.11225 of 2023(2) dt.05-12-2024 2/3 directing the concerned respondent authorities to pay the following dues of the petitioner with interest of 18% on delayed payment (a) to pay to the petitioner, the arrears of pay and allowances and differences of pay during the period of year 1986 to 1992 and again for the period of year 2000 to 2005 which has been calculated by the college and has been sent to the University for payment and further be directed to bring the computation chart on record.

(b) to pay the amount of Group Insurance Scheme to the petitioner at the rate of 12.5 percent per annum compound interest and to produce the computation chart of Group Insurance Scheme and its interest.

ii) Any other relief that the petitioner may be found to be entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in this connection, petitioner has already filed an application before the Vice Chancellor, Jai Prakash University, Chapra (Respondent No. 3) on 12.02.2020 (Annexure-6 to the instant writ application), however, till date, no action has been taken. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ application with a direction upon the respondent-Authorities to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on

In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to file fresh detailed representation before the Vice Chancellor, Jai Prakash University, Chapra (Respondent No. 3) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of four weeks from today.

5. In the event the petitioner files his representation within the stipulated period, the Vice Chancellor, Jai Prakash University, Chapra (Respondent No. 3) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
