Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Although, petitioner is named but omnibus and general allegation has been levelled against him. Moreover, the post mortem report says that no visible injury was found on the person of the deceased and having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, Aashirbad Sahani has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31282 of 2015 (4) dt.30-10-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Mufassil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 436 of 2014.
