2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 147 of 2025 dated 23.04.2025, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 195(1), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109, 132, 121(2), 324(4), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The case of the prosecution is that one of the police personnel was surrounded by the villagers and he was being assaulted. In the FIR, Chowkidar has disclosed the name of 13 known persons and 10-15 unknown persons. The name of this petitioner have been disclosed by the constable Mithlesh Kumar and other police personnel.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the allegation levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. It is next submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Namuna Singh and Sunil Singh have been granted bail vide order dated 01.08.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 46689 of 2025 and co-accused namely, Ashok Singh has been granted bail vide order dated 22.08.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 49376 of 2025. Lastly, it has been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 147 of 2025, he shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
