JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-02-2018 Heard Shri Upendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner , Shri Arun Kumar Singh No. 5, learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as Shri Prabhat Ranjan Singh, learned counsel, who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of the informant.

The petitioner, husband of the deceased, has approached this court with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail in Chauk P.S. Case No. 275 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code ,1860.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased before dying had made disclosure statement that she herself had sprinkled kerosene oil on herself and set herself ablaze and as such a prayer has been made for granting privilege of anticipatory bail, however, learned Additional

Besides hearing, I have perused the materials available on record and after going through the same I am of the opinion that it is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
