Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 147, 148, 149, 324, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are under suspicion to have committed the murder of the brother of the informant. Considering the fact that only material against the petitioner is suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rahui (Bhagan Bigha) Police Station Case No.251 of 2017,
