JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-07-2019 The petitioner has approached this Court for a limited relief of securing a direction to the respondent District Magistrate, Patna, to dispose of his representation which has been filed for payment of salary and which is pending since February, 2013. It appears rather surprising that the petitioner has remained without salary for the period that he claims to have worked. It is also surprising that the representation of the petitioner before the District
Patna High Court CWJC No.14631 of 2019(2) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 Magistrate, Patna in the month of December, 2018 has remained unresponded till date.
Under the aforesaid circumstances, the District Magistrate, Patna is therefore directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner after verifying all facts within a reasonable period of time, preferably within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
