ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-09-2015 The petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 30.03.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge XIII, Begusarai in Cr. Appeal No. 146 of 2014.

It has been submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for about 24 months out of three years. Having gone through the impugned judgment of conviction and sentence, I am unable to find any illegality in the same. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the period of sentence is modified to the extent of period already undergone by him. The petitioner shall pay the fine of amount of Rs. 2500/- on the date of his release.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application is dismissed.
