2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 341, 323/34 of the IPC and sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Immoral Trafficking (Prevention) Act.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner kept the victim in his house, thereafter, he sold her for prosecution to another accused Krishna @ Firoz for Rs.7000/- to Rs. 8000/-.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has stated that it was co-accused Krisha who committed wrong with her. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 5.3.2025.
5. Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, materials collected during investigation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO), Kishanganj in Kishanganj Mahila Police Station Case No. 53 of 2019.
