The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No.127 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, on the basis of secret information, the police raided the house of the petitioner and recovered two stolen motorcycles from his house.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and have committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He fairly submitted that two motorcycles has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has three criminal antecedent. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48912 of 2022(3) dt.20-02-2023 2/2 anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
