The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 114, 290, 354, 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 5, 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.

The petitioner was found in a hotel with a girl. It is submitted that the girl is major. Similarly situated co-accused has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 23.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Hajipur at Vaishali in Hajipur Nagar P.S.
