JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.05.2015 on the accusation that he along with several others made protest against the removal of encroachment and blocked the road and also pelted stones causing injuries to several persons.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the land of the petitioner was acquired under Land Acquisition Act but the full compensation was not paid to the petitioner and without making payment of full compensation, the administration wanted to dispossess the petitioner and several other persons for which a protest was made.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.31290 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 186 of 2015.
