Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No.20 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307/34, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that due to some enmity, the petitioner exhorted one Vir Chandra Rai to shoot at the informant and thereafter Vir Chandra Rai shot at the informant causing firearm injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is enmity between both sides relating to the post of Secretary of the school and specific allegation of firing is against Vir Chandra Rai and not against this petitioner, who is 75 years old

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Brij Kishore Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No.20 of 2017.
