In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Rail Darbhanga (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 7 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 370 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 16 of the Bonded Labor System Abolition Act.

As per allegation, on information, the Assistant Commandant of 20th Battalion of S.S.B., Sitamarhi has made an inspection of train of Train No. 12545, Karmbhumi Express, from Raxaul to Mumbai and found that 21 children were going along with 7 accused persons to Mumbai for engagement as a child labour. The petitioner is in jail custody since 22.1.2016.

Rajwan, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Rail Darbhanga (Sitamarhi) P.S.
