JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Barhat PS Case No. 58 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that due to cutting of grass the accused persons assaulted and specific allegation against the petitioner is of giving iron rod blow over head of the informant's father.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case from both sides, the petitioner has also injury and the injury on the person of the informant's father was found simple. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ramesh Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N.K.Yadav, Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Jamui in connection with Barhat PS Case No. 58 of 2017.
