The petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2016 in connection with Simultalla P.S. Case No. 03 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and that there was no recovery from his conscious possession. It is further submitted that the allegation that the recovery was made from the possession of the petitioner is not correct as the seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner.

Considering the aforementioned fact and circumstances and also the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24499 of 2016 (2) dt.01-06-2016 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Simultalla P.S. Case No. 03 of 2016 (Anjana Mishra, J) brajesh/- U T
