Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and is lying in jail custody since 6.6.2015.

Although case has been registered under section 304B of the Indian Penal Code but from perusal of the written report it is obvious that there was no allegation of demand of dowry. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Chanpatiya P.S.
