The petitioner seeks bail in Araria P.S. Case No. 821 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and co-accused Pappu @ Ehsan were arrested with the stolen motorcycle.

It is submitted that co-accused Pappu @ Ehsan has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14763/2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, (P), Araria, in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 821/2014.
