The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No.42 of 2016 registered under Sections 366A and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as contained in annexure-2 to the present application, the petitioner, namely, Gaurav Kumar, who is in custody since 7th April, 2016, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S.
