2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 1017 of 2022, registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 427, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per FIR, on 22.11.2022 at about 7:00 P.M., when the informant was at her house, her Nandosi Abdul Rahman Khan (petitioner) came there and started abusing and demanding Rs.4,000/- from her. When she raised objection, he inflicted knife blow on her head. Co-accused Suleman Khan assaulted her husband on his head. Co-accused Sarvari Khatoon took

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents. They are relatives of the informant and the injuries are simple in nature.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the fact that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents, let them, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 1017 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
