Taking into consideration that petitioner cut the neck of the informant by means of dagger and the informant sustained grievous injury on his neck, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
