Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No.76 of 2017, registered under Sections 149, 147, 148, 341, 323, 504, 506, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Specific allegation against the petitioner is that he gave a farsa blow over the head of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both sides are on inimical terms, there is case and counter case, the so called assault over the head of the informant by the petitioner is a lacerated wound and simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7136 of 2018(2) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 petitioner Badari Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No.76 of 2017.
