The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 11 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Co-accused Satendra Mandal and Sonu Kumar were apprehended with stolen motorcycle who during course of investigation disclosed that they purchased the said motorcycle from one Amar Thakur. Amar Thakur has disclosed that he has taken the said motorcycle from Kishan Singh (petitioner). It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Amar Thakur. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Harlakhi P.S.
