The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner along with other accused Vishnu Shankar Singh armed with Farsa and Lathi has assaulted the informant and when deceased (brother) of the informant, came there to rescue him, he was also assaulted by Vishnu Shankar Singh with Farsa on the head of the deceased. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and are falsely implicated in this

case. They are in custody since 25.5.2015 and having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No, 236 of 2014 with the following conditions :

1.

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioners.

2.

The petitioners will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3.

The petitioners will be well represented in the court.

4.

In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
