This is the second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, on 19.01.2016 the prayer for grant of bail of the petitioner was rejected on the ground that the petitioner is main accused, who gave gun-shot injury. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date charge has not been framed.

Considering the fact that recently the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected and there is no substantial change in the circumstances, there is no ground to review my earlier order. The prayer for bail stands again rejected.
