Binita Singh, learned SC-28 appearing on behalf of the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State seeks permission to file a hard copy of the counter affidavit. The same is directed to be kept on the reocrd.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that substantial amount of retiral benefit including

Patna High Court CWJC No.12064 of 2023(4) dt.31-10-2023 2/2 pension has been paid to the petitioner. The specific statement has been made in paragraph-11 and other paragraphs of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent No. 7. Learned counsel further informs this Court that he has received instruction that within a period of ten days the entire amount will be paid to the petitioner including full pension.
