The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have fired which hit on the left shoulder of the informant. The doctor found one wound of entry and there was one gun powder burn in and around the injury. The Doctor opined that the injury is grievous in nature. No repetition of firing was made. The petitioner is in jail since 09.10.2014 i.e. he has remained in jail for about nine months. Considering the facts and circumstances aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
