Petitioner, who happens to be co-villager of the informant, indulged in teasing her in a way to school as well as to tuition on account thereof, is under custody since 24.11.2017, having no criminal antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Mukesh Kumar, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge (POCSO Act), Gaya in connection with POCSO Case No.89 of 2017 arising out of Raushanganj (Bankey Bazar) P.
