The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015 registered under sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of C.J.M, Supaul.

Earlier case dairy was called for in this case which has been received. Considering the fact that petitioner is said to have given farsa blow causing injury on the head of the informant's son, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
