1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari or any appropriate Writ/Writs, Order/Orders, Direction/Directions for setting-a-side the Order dated 13.05.2023, passed in Anganbari Appeal No.49/2019 by the Learned Court of Collector, Sitamarhi, whereby and whereunder the Learned Court has rejected the aforesaid Appeal and affirmed the Order, passed by the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.13608 of 2023(2) dt.11-03-2024 2/2 Programme Officer, Sitamarhi vide Memo No.1083, dated 16.4.2019 and vide Memo No. 1492, dated 7.6.2019."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
