No doubt, victim has not been recovered as yet but it appears that it was co-accused Sunil Kumar who took the victim as the aforesaid co-accused Sunil Kumar was in constant touch with the victim. Charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari in Madhuban P.S. Case no. 63/2015.
