4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with regard to the petitioner no. 3.

5. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking a direction to the learned Trial Court i.e. ADJ-V, Civil Court, Hilsa in connection with Sessions Trial No. 315 of 2011 arising out of Tharthari P.S. Case No. 31 of 2007 to expedite and conclude the trial.

6. This application is disposed of with a direction to the learned Concerned Court, as mentioned above, to expedite and conclude the trial at the earliest as it has been pending for more than 11 years now.
