2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 386, 364A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are alleged to have demanded extortion from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners are in custody since 08.05.2024 and have clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53909 of 2024(2) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 for bail.

6. From the reading of the F.I.R. and the other materials available on record, it appears to be a business dispute.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-3rd, Lakhisarai/concerned Court below in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 136 of 2024.
