In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made that on the order of the petitioner and another, Fantu Yadav took out the pistol from his waist and fired at the victim, which caused injury on his shoulder. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the order giver and he is in custody since 05.04.2016.
