JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-10-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 22.03.2024 passed in CWJC No. 4359 of 2024, the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment has been rejected vide order dated 09.09.2024, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to challenge the same, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The petition stands disposed off.
